Tali is an already burnt out Emcee who has no real hunger for stardom. He's only been abusing mics for 5 years but has developed a taste for twisting steel. His mix of wordplay and metaphors will make you forget the five punchlines that dropped your jaw only moments ago. In the midst of lyricism at its best come deep concepts that will make you feel like your mind has wondered into the deepest darkest dungeon of hell.
Why this name?
Because Tali is Were the ILAT
Do you play live?
NBA Live? Hell ya dog I've got 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 00, and 2001. Shit's dope, used to piss me off though in the early 90's ones when they wouldn't have MJ or Sha.....oh you mean like perform? I spit a freestyle to my next door neighbors once, does that count?
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Makes it easier for unknown artists to get noticed. This has been your cliche for the day.
Band History:
I was born, my hand was severed at the wrist at the age of 5. A microphone was stuck into my arm, and I haven't been the same since.
Your influences?
Well the first Hip Hop song I ever heard was Butter Milk Biscuits by Sir Mixalot. Though I can't really call him a musical influence. I didn't really get into Hip Hop intill my mid-teens when "Waterfalls" by TLC had just come out. "Gangsters Paradise" by Coolio and other songs I know as wack today were finding my ears. But what got me into writing and spitting would have to be Emceez like El-P, Sound Bombing 1 & 2 really opened my eyes to the underground Hip Hop scene. I went through a kind of progressive nature of Hip Hop for the past few years. Going from the clever and off the wall lyrics of Eminem, to the raw and sometimes gory antics of Necro. From the clever punchline disses of Canibus and Chino XL, to my current love which is the abstract sound of Anticon and my favorite Emcee Sage Francis. You can find me most of the time now walking around the local Wal-Mart stealing food and zoning out to the honest melody of Atmosphere. As for the kids who have come in-between, take your pick from Necro, Non Phixion, Ill Bill, Company Flow, Sole, Sage, Cage, Eminem, Nas, Jay Z, Pac, Dilated Peoples, Old Royce, Cunninlynguists, Common, Mos Def, Talib, J-5, Mad Skills, Atmosphere, Slug, Method Man, Old Wu, Ghost Face Killah, Apathy, Chino XL, Pharoahe Monch, Mr. Eon, High & Mighty, Smut Peddlers, Canibus, Copywrite, Eyedea or Biggie. You get the picture.

Favorite spot?
I would have to say the G-Spot of a girls pussy. Other than that Santa Cruz, California is pretty close to Heaven. Perfect whether, really peaceful and only runs you about $1,500 a month to rent a bathroom with no running water in crack town.
Equipment used:
All I need is one Mic, or five in the Source.
Anything else...?
Yes, I hate mainstream and drink from a well. I'm taller than you probably. If you want beef, expect me to beat you with the mic before I spit in it. I carry a knife, a set of white balls, a driver and a nine iron. I broke into a house once, so I could call myself gangster. Hmmm, what else have I left out. Oh ya, if you're under the age of five, and white, I could be your father. Thanks for stopping in, check out my music. And leave your meaningless comments in the message board so I can laugh at you. Peace

I'm just playing ladies, you know I'll drug you
