Stealing Roses was formed in October 2002. The quintet consists of Aaron Celentano on Vocals/Guitar, Nick Liberto on electric bass, Jeff Marini on Drums, Zach Chasman Lead Guitar, and Jon Delvaux on Keyboards. Their sound is influenced by a mixture of rock groups such as Dave Matthews Band, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Our Lady Peace, Ben Folds Five, Third Eye Blind, Pearl Jam, Incubus, the Used, and The Beatles. The music is packed with emotionally crafted lyrics, melodic riffs; aggressive drumming, melodic bass lines, and . Stealing Roses have played at venues in upstate NY including The Waterstreet Music Hall, The Penny Arcade, The California Brew Haus, Rocket Coffee Co., and Club Sandwich. The bands first EP "On a Tuesday", was recorded at Hopewell Studios in Canandaguia NY, May 2003. You can hear Stealing Roses on the Rochester based stations 90.5 FM and 89.7 FM. The band would like to continue reaching more and more people with their music, so look for them to be playing near you in the future.
