Annie's been singing since the age of one!! There's a cassette tape to prove it! During her school years she brought home blue ribbons in state vocal competitions. In the early 90's, she founded the Allnighters, a rock blues band that played Indianapolis and regional clubs for several years. She has opened for Duke Robillard and Chris Duarte, and counts her experiences and friendships with blues greats Yank Rachell and Lefty Bates as invaluable. She's had the great pleasure of playing with many of Indy's finest musicians. She was co-awarded a Billboard Magazine Honorable Mention in 1993 for the original song, "Mean Mistreater Blues," and named "Best Underrated Local Talent" by Indianapolis Monthly in 1991. She's currently interested in re-forming the Allnighters. If interested, please contact her via Soundclick or Indybands.com. June 1, 2000 Nuvo News Review, "Her raspy vocals evoke the great female blues singers of the past, but she adds her own contemporary touch." Bands over the years: Combat Rabbits, The Allnighters, Lucky Dog with Rick Benick, Bob Slawson Band, Threat (Ft. Wayne,) Claghorn Brothers, Lost Kauze, and select appearances with Carl Storie, Pure Gold, and many others. Commercial Jingle Work: ASA Studios, Caboose Pruductions
