1) All beats are copy writtin by InTrax and Logical Productions Victoria. They can NOT be used with out their consent.

2) If you want to purchase my beats, here are my price ranges:

-$300-2000 for exclusive rights (the beat is entirely yours
-$2000 for personalized beats working one on one etc.

3) For an extra $200 i can take the finished track into the studio and get it mixed down professionaly. that just covers my studio costs.

4) On a purchase of a beat, the rights entitle you to 2000 copys for sale. after that, you must renew the rights contract for the aditional sales.

5) All work published with an InTrax beat must give credit to me as a producer on your album.

6) Once the song is produced and you are happy with it, we would like to have a copy to post on this Soundclick page to promote work we've done with artists.
