Yo! Im an MC from Ipswich, and I have been rapping since 2000. I originally wanted to be a DJ but when I went to my friend Solo Cyphers house and he was freestyling, I knew that I wanted to spit lyrics instead. So from then I practiced non-stop and taught myself how to rhyme, doing mad freestyle sessions at Solos house. When I went to Lincoln university I met JD Sykex and Geographic, we started freestyling at each others labs and in the street then decided to form as a crew called The Mic Rippers (simply because lyrically, we rip mics to shreds). We ripped live shows at the uni through the years and put out 2 mixtapes entitled: The Four Chapters and The Lost Chapter. We also had our own radio shows for a while where we would freestyle at the end of the program. Also during my time at university I met Venom and Vice. Vice and myself would also freestyle a lot, making plans and writing tracks. Now Im back in Ipswich, I still keep in constant contact with my uni fam and I have plans to release a solo mixtape called Halogenic along with another Mic Ripper joint and a few collabo projects. Im also making music with VIP Family, Get Raggz and Truth from Ipspit. I love rap music and appreciate the whole hip-hop culture. I seek to understand as best I can in where it is, where it came from and where its going to. I wanna be a part of the history. I like pretty much all types of rap music and I have different styles of my own as I am influenced by underground, commercial, hardcore, conscious rap. I like to see myself in the True-Skool genre and I try to be well rounded as an MC. I focus on complex rhymes and love making concepts. Im always eager to work on music with anyone who wants to work with me and make good music. So hit me up and we can make some classics! Thanks for taking the time out to check my page and my music. ..

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it gives artists a chance to get their music heard without the intervention of the media. Its the way forward
