Another obnoxious NOISE ACT from the 21st century - JAMES KIWI is a project birthed and ran by Steven Handel from Long Island, New York. Although, he has worked with electronic music since 2002, it wasn't until the early summer of 2006 that he focused on experimenting with noise.
