Why this name?
I was more or less born with it!
Do you play live?
I play the guitar live, rarely the piano.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The web is a great medium for independent artists, allowing them to reach a wider public than they otherwise could, and facilitating dialogue with that public. It also greatly facilitates contact with fellow-musicians from all over the world. And it gives everyone a wider choice of music than would be permitted by the major labels, who would be delighted if they each had just one single megastar each.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I doubt it!
Band History:
I began playing the piano when I was seven, and gave it up when I was seven, 'cos it did my head in to play something different with the left hand than I was playing with the right! Only much later, after I had started playing the guitar, did I rediscover the piano, and found what a delight it was to have all those keys under my fingers, just ready to be played, instead of having to have notes coaxed out of them by being fretted, like guitar-strings! Everything's relative!!
Your influences?
Chopin, Rachmaninov, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Beethoven, Liszt ...
Favorite spot?
One of my favourite spots is at my keyboard, another is next to my pool; my favourite city is Paris.
Equipment used:
Roland A-90 keyboard, Schimmel Grand piano.
Anything else...?
There are a LOT of very talented people here on Soundclick. Don't stay TOO long on MY page!!

Oh, and in August 2006, I was interviewed by Soundclick's
Country Rose
. Here's the interview in play hi-fi hi-fi or play lo-fi lo-fi.
