Welcome to the world of peace, love and harmony! That´s what my music is all about. Perfect for meditation, healing, massage and other treatments.
Why this name?
Jiri is my first name and Klokocka is my family name.
Do you play live?
Yes. Classical guitar, djembe, flute at parties and new-age festivals. Yes, I do like it. Sometimes I also perform a dance show.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think that the internet makes it easier to find very special kind of music. Hopefully the music industry will be able to identify the new music styles easier and include them in its productions.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes.
Band History:
It´s not a question about a band. Rather about an artiste, who once wanted to play in a band, but finally choosed to work on its own. Both in studio and on the stage. The first concert was in 1976. The oldest track, Paradise of Love, on my CD is from 1978. It´s played on my home-build synthesizer.
Your influences?
My music is build on harmonies and mellodies in classical style and rhythm from world music.
Favorite spot?
Australian rainforest
Equipment used:
Sound insulated room, condenser microphones, hard disk recording, some home build equipment and hand written software.
