Rapha Ministries

We are into three things - obviously there's the music, then there's the ministry and that we take to mean we should bless the people we're playing for, and most of all, we want to bless the Lord that this is all about...
How we do that - by doing the best we can - is at the center of the whole effort. Music is a gift of God that we can give back to God and should give it back with the best we've got.
We play live, mostly. Doing that when we're into it and when we're not - up or down, its about a commitment to servant hood, NOT a commitment to being rock stars or legends in our own minds (to use an overused phrase). After all, its not about us, its about Him, you know, Jesus.
Stay tuned, we record often. There's gonna be new songs up and they're yours for free.
Be blessed!

Why this name?
Rapha means healing. We all need it. Seemed like a pretty good band name, since that's what the hope is - we hope the music is part of the healing.
Do you play live?
We play live because we're a worship team first and foremost - what we want to do is get people in the Presence of God. It's very cool when that happens and thats the goal every single time we play...
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The 'net allows musicians to get music in front of a huge potential audience...
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Sign up with a label? Heavens yes!
Band History:
We've been playing together for four years. It's been a great ride, a great time and we've got some great memories... I seem to be using that word, "great," a lot, huh?
Your influences?
Blues, rock, gospel, bluegrass, metal, grunge all affect how we do what we do. We call it rock gospel.
