My name is Bryan Perkins, and I am a Christian Composer residing in Eastern Kentucky. I attend Auxier Freewill Baptist Church in Auxier, KY. I've been married almost a year now, and my wife Sharon and I recently had a baby girl - Kaylee Madison Perkins. I attended Glendale Community College in Glendale, Arizona right out of High School, and studied music, recording, and composition. I look forward to releasing an album before the end of 2007!

Do you play live?
I really enjoy singing my songs at my church. Some of my songs I can play piano and sing, on others, I use a CD for the music, and sing to the instrumental. I also participate in the choir.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I believe it keeps artists connected with their fans. My mom lives in Phoenix, and I am able to send her my songs for her to listen. That would take a week to get their in the mail.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If God sends that blessing. I believe my music would be able to touch a wider audience under a record label, and that's what its all about.
Band History:
I am a solo artist who enjoys collaborating with other musicians. I am currently not in a band, but I would like to be able to take my music on tour someday with live musicians.
Your influences?
Most important is God. He will give me lyrics ideas at unexpected times, and I will just start singing.
