I have been playing guitar since high school. I have never been that great at it, but I love music and thought I had better get some of my musical thoughts down before life catches up and passes me by.
Why this name?
Cat's are cool.
Do you play live?
I play live in my home office.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It opens up a whole new world of music. There have always been more great songs out there than the music industry can exploit. The internet gives everyone a chance to be heard. I am a prime example of someone that can now be heard. I am by no means a great musician, but maybe someone will enjoy it nonetheless.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Sure, they need some more money don't they?! The poor bastards are starving!! The record idustry bleeds the artist dry; they always have. Just let us play and enjoy it.
Your influences?
I love anything guitar oriented: Hard rock, rock, instrumental, just to name a few. The biggest start of my rock roots was KISS. I also love Lynyrd Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet, Led Zeppelin, ZZ Top, Ted Nugent, Joe Satriani, believe me, this list could get long!
Favorite spot?
I like calling North Carolina home.
