Song written using an unusual scale: the melodic major, which in C, runs: C, D, E, F, G, Ab, Bb, C
I love the 'farm' (one would say 'rustic' or even 'western') feeling of it.
Kind of 'dance floor music' mixed with 'combat music'... go wonder what I mean by that! Don't cry for me, I don't plan to become rich and popular with this kind of songs...just for fun of experimenting new styles.
Composed for my music writing and analysis class... Basso ostinato followed by a fugue...
Now changed to organ samples, but originally written for string quartet.
