Welcome to Isotope Laboratories. We manufacture chemical and biological agents. Research and schematics are still being drawn up about the nature of the music. Presumably, it will hybridize Electro-Industrial with rap/rock.
Why this name?
The aesthetical considerations preceeded the requirement for a radioactive based pseudonym.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
MPEG-3 is an enhanced codec that allows for simplified transmission of sound data. It is irrelevant to the topic of sound data distribution over internet protocol. The internet is the future trading protocol. Convergence is near.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Provided the financial status was adaquate, yes.
