A Lesson in the Abuse of Information Technology
We are a punk/indie/reggae band from Scranton, PA
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It gives listeners oppurtunity to find better music, artists a better oppurtunity to be heard, and it takes control away from major labels.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Personally, not speaking for the whole band, i would do everything within reason not to sign to a major label. Quitting our day jobs would be phenominal, but I think that today it is plausible to stay on an indie label.
