Medley
Musically, I go by the name, Ajay. I'm a 13 year old filipino-Canadian from Winnipeg, MB. I'm a born Christian and I've been playing since I was a 6 but didn't start taking it seriously until 8th grade. I am a musician, songwriter ? and a performer and this is my soundclick :)
Why this name?
I chose Ajay because it's my nickname, my initials and thats how I'm known from most people.
Do you play live?
I like to play live once in awhile, usually just to entertain the crowd. Playing live is a great thing for me because I can do what I can do and give them a good show.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It give's an oppurtunity for unknown talented singers, musicians to have a face in the music industry. It also gives people to download to listen to your music if you don't play live in their city or have your album out.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes I would sign a record contract with a major label, but just not yet. I still have many more things in my life going on. As you know I'm only thirteen and I don't want my songs to come out into stores because I used a part of my life in those songs and they really mean something to me.
Your influences?
My musical influences would be Jeremy(Passion) and Gabe Bondoc.
Favorite spot?
My favourite spot would be Winnipeg and the Philippines.
