Born the youngest of 6 girls, in Kalamazoo, MI and raised in Scottsdale, AZ. Lesley joined her first band at 17 where she met Scott Johnson (who went on to play guitar for the Gin Blossoms). Lesley toured the AZ music scene for a few years before moving to Los Angeles. She has performed from L.A. to San Diego to Santa Barbara with various L.A. bands, but recently launched her first solo project promoting her new 12 original song CD. The success of her demo CD landed her a contract as a New Deal Artist with Garageband Records. Her new record FIREFLY, released on June 25th, is comprised of jangly, contemplative pop/rock song and includes two co-penned with Scott Johnson who also contributed his amazing guitar talents. In addition, PH Naffah (former drummer for another Arizona band, The Refreshments) lends his slamming drum skills to several of FIREFLY's tracks.
