Why this name?
Through life we all make mistakes and accidents. Many times a revelation is involved with most accidents and the outcome many times is positive. Thus the name "Happy Accident"!
A "musical" accident occurred that turned out to be good and I proclaimed "That was a happy accident"! And the name stuck from that point on.
