My band is me and my computer.

Although I do play drums, electronica music lets me be creative and explore ideas far out of my reach.

Actually I spend more time exploring than actually making music.

Enjoy.
Why this name?
It just came to me a few months ago when I was playing Halo with a mate.

I started using it online too and it just seemed a really obvious choice at the time.
Do you play live?
Not yet... I will one day. And not just "press play and dance" either. I'd like to blend pre-recorded parts with improvised ones to produce a different show each time, one specially made for that particular audience.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet takes the focus away from the merchandise and the hype and directs it solely to the music.

It forces you to look at the song, how its made, how you relate to it, how it makes you feel.

Rather than at who produces it, how cool the video clip is or what colour box it comes in.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
No, not with a major label. I would definately sign with an indie or net label though.

I think netlabels especially focus just on the music. They aren't there to make money, just to release lots of good music.
Your influences?
Deep Techno like Derrick May, Aril Brikha, etc, but also the harder Schranz sounds like Adam Beyer, CJ Bolland, and more minimal stuff (ie: Monolake).

Goa and Psytrance, mainly the older sounds of Astral Projection, Cydonia, Cosmosis, but the newer, techier stuff too.

Drum'n'Bass, but only the hard and fast styles of Darkstep and Neurofunk, especially Spor, Noisia, Psion, Calyx & Teebee, Skynet & Stakka, etc.

And lots of random sh*** like Autechre, Aphex Twin, The Advent, Grandmaster Flash, The Prodigy, Laurent Garnier, Rob Acid, etc. Along with metal of course :D
Equipment used:
Software: FL Studio 8, Ableton Live 7, a few other programs and VST's.

Hardware: Korg EMX, Novation K-Station, and some MIDI controllers.
Anything else...?
