I started makin' HipHop beats when I was about 16 years old. That sh*** was so $!@..*$.. addictive.. and it damn well still is! I can spend every single day doing this, if that would be possible though. I act on my own. If you're a dope MC/lyricist who can cover my tracks with fluid and intelligent rhymes and lyrics, then leave me a e-mail at yebone@hotmail.com.
Why this name?
Pff. The Nineties was the best decade HipHop ever knew. I try to keep that 90's vibe, because that's the sh*** I really diggg! Nineties --> 9Deez
Do you play live?
Nope.. not yet! Soon to come!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It has two effects: first of all people start downloading instead of buying, Off course that's a loss for the artist, but it is not specifically a negative thing (I still buy the dope albums!), because, if it wasn;t for internet and downloading, you wouldn't come across a lot of (underground) artist you normally wouldn't hear of, cause the're unknown in your country. So the second effect is that the internet is a great source to get information about music and artist. It's the perfect medium to find and discover about new music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Keep it Indie! Unless you get all the freedom to do want you really want, and bring out the tracks that YOU really want to bring out.
Your influences?
