Candice Jarrett is a singer/songwriter who graduated a year early from college with a Bachelor's degree in Biology in order to pursue a music career. Candice then began a tour that has launched her to venues such as legendary CBGB's in NYC, landed her on the cover of FUSION, and scored her a spot on the same bills as The Allman Brothers Band, Lee Ann Womack, Hilary Duff, 3 Doors Down, The Bacon Brothers and Nickelback. Young, gorgeous, and vastly talented, this NY native is paving her road to stardom.
Only two years ago, Candice Jarrett began as a local musician frequenting open mic nights and struggling to perform for whoever who would lend their ear. Fast forward to the present: Candice Jarrett has skyrocketed to the status of a nationally performing artist gracing venues from The Hard Rock Café in Boston and CBGBs in NYC to showcasing for industry professionals (including SONY BMG) at this years Millennium Music Conference to performing on stages that have graced the likes of Bob Dylan. By the end of this summer, Candice Jarrett will have performed in New York, Massachusetts, Florida, North Carolina, and Maryland.
But it doesnt stop there.
Candices debut CD is in stores all over the Northeast including Barnes and Noble and Virgin Megastores. Her singles are being spun on radio stations from New York to Vermont to Massachusetts. Candice music can also be found on iTunes and Yahoo! Music not to mention her strong presence on the popular website Myspace.com. Candice is getting ready to release another slew of original music including singles titled In The Middle and Free to Rock.
