Jay Gold is a young rapper from the streets of the east coast. He brings a lyrical style of truth and reality of the streets and today’s world. He has talent beyond his years and with the hard work and dedication that Jay puts into his rhymes he is sure to be the next big thing. Check back for more to come. A friend gave it to me a while back.
Do you play live?
Right now I'm local. I get to local talent shows and similar things like that, but nothing to big (yet). I love doing talent shows because I always stand out as the star of the show, and people remember me.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
(In most cases), the internet can be good for the music industry. If gives artists an easier way to promote their stuff. But sometimes people can steal songs and pirate them. This is, of course, when the internet becomes bad for the music industry.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would most likely sign a deal with a major label; But not if it was a bad deal.

For years, Kay-Kid and myself have been writing and producing.
