Why this name?
A firm belief that you should know why you believe what it is you believe and be able to explain and defend ii in a systematic way.
Do you play live?
Not playing live yet but possibly in the future.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet has made music production and promotion available to the masses ..thus increasing the garbage and the gems for all to either endure or enjoy.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Dunno ..maybe ..if the right producer was involved.
Band History:
We're just people who love listening to and playing music as a hobby. With the increase in technology we now have the ability to inexpensively record and promote our musical expression for people to hopefully enjoy.
Your influences?
Too many to list..Edgey Rock ..Industrial..progressive stuff..funk n jazz..experimental stuff..Randy Rhoads, Tool, EVH, Dave Navarro, Joe Satrianni, Dream Theater, Rush, Lacuna Coil, John5, Rob Zombie, King's X, etc..
Favorite spot?
Nashville
Equipment used:
Line6 all they way ..and EMG active pups..
I (the bassist) use Fender Jazz basses (one is strung as a piccolo), and a Washburn T24. Amplification and effects consists of a Peavey Pro 500 Head and TVX 4x10 cabinet, and a cheap, but pretty versatile Digitech BP 80. Strings are Knuckleheads 100 gauge.

Anything else...?
My dream setup would be 2 VettaII amps pumping Sound into uncolored Speakers ala Keyboard Amp or PA Monitor kind of speakers.
