EMS Productions is an indie label run by the members of EMS (Experimental MindState) and features other artists in "The Movement" including the Mic Murderers and the Assasinz. Also with affiliates Ricky Cream and Sex Rocha making guest spot appearances on mixtapes and albums. "The Movement" as stated refers to the ever growing popularity of the Music, Performances, Clothing, DVD's, Videos and Publications of the EMS Productions roster that are now coming into shape and being unleashed upon the masses...Our manager and friend is Paul Flannery aka "Mr.Clean." He handles promotional aspects and booking for shows. We are currently looking to connect and cross promote with other companies and sponsors. Do you play live?
Certain members play live as of right now, all will be performing on a regular basis soon. EMS has performed at colleges around Massachusetts and the Hard Rock Cafe in Montreal, CAN
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It helps get the word out in a new way that young people have more access to nowadays...
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
We are an Indie Label but we would sign a major label contract on the basis that we could branch on our label with theirs and run things our way. Right now it's a hard grind to the top but we are willing to go through it....
Band History:
EMS Productions was formed in 2004 when Experimental MindState released their first underground classic album "Unwritten History." Since then the connections between producers and MC's has grown into relationships that have catapolted the group into an full fledge production company.

Anywhere there is a love for real hip-hop!!!
Equipment used:
Lots of different types of equipment but we have a studio set up in a few locations and we edit and mix everything ourselves....
