It's something that just came up that sounded really cool and stuck!

We like to play live as much as possible wherever possible! Some of the best moments for us has always been the crowd response just about every time we perform. We feed off of an energetic crowd!!

I feel bands don't really have to be signed to major record labels any more. They can put their recordings out on the internet or sell their merchandise on their web sites. It's much more independant now.

We would sign with a major label if it worked in everybody's favor. It would have to be the right situation.

We definately have some history! Off The Cross formed in '92, and from '92 - '98, would play all the major clubs and gained quite a reputation locally. We played shows with Exodus and Machine Head to name a few. Then, in 1998, for whatever reasons, Off The Cross would come to an end and we would all lose contact with one another for nearly 8 years...

...In late '05, original members Rick Larson and Andy Valdes would make contact with one another and decided to give it another shot and reformed Off The Cross!! With new guitarist David Ratliff, new songs and a renewed determination, Off The Cross is back and ready to take this all the way!!

We are influenced by so many artists and bands. We grew up listening to bands like Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Slayer, Testament, Pantera, early Metallica, Megadeth, Judas Priest, Anthrax, Death Angel, Ozzy, and Rush. We also like bands such as Lamb of God, Fear Factory, Slipknot, Korn and Ramstein. I'm sure there are others I'm missing.

We would like to find a manager! We could use a manager to help us get our name and music out there where it belongs!! Anybody interested??
