Hooked on the blues, acoustic, ragtime, country and Delta with fingers and slide. Lately been experimenting with Celtic DADGAD tunes and have dusted off a tenor recorder (OK so recorders are for school kids but THIS one is silky smooth and has a haunting sounds more like a flute....)
Thanks to Len for creating the track graphics and the all action tricone visual intro!
Hope you enjoy some of these tracks.

Why this name?
I bought a Tricone recently. 'Bottleneck' and 'Slidin' were already in use so Tricone it had to be.
Do you play live?
Yup. Now and again. Small festivals and local events, friends parties. No big time stuff, just for fun.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
MP3s are great for sharing your music, especially if you are an amateur like me. Suddenly I'm playing to a huge virtual audience, and listening to all you worldwide Soundclicks people too. How else would we have found each other and exchanged musical ideas?
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Only if I can have a stretch limo and fly first class, go on, I dare you!
Band History:
30 years in the making. Folk clubs, solos and duos. Play for pleasure. Also used to play jazz clarinet and sax, jammin' in clubs.
Your influences?
All the Delta blues artists, John Rembourne, Eric Clapton
Favorite spot?
Oxford, UK
Equipment used:
Vintage AMG3 tricone replica, and a Tanglewood TW15 FC4 steel string. Steel and bronze slides for the tricone and a green glass Diamond Redhouse Slide for the Tanglewood. Steel Propick finger picks. MXL condenser mics and a Zoom MRS-8 multitrack recorder. Lots of persistance and patience. Practice, practice, practice......
Anything else...?
Enjoy!
