Just for my friends and the music.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
There is always a tension between the immediacy of the moment and the desire to get more control and build bigger empires. The internet helps restore the balance strained by the immense growth and sophistication of the music industry.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Only in the unlikely event that it would enable me to quit my day job and devote full time to composition and creating more and better music.
Band History:
I have been playing improvised music for more than forty years. Sometimes I record it, and some of it I really enjoy listening to myself. Technology now makes it possible for me to select the best, edit or touch it up if necessary, and share it with you easily. So here it is. Please enjoy.
Your influences?
Pachelbel, JSB, Stravinsky, Scott Joplin, to name a few.
Favorite spot?
In Italy, they seem to know how to live well.
