Jay's Really Yummy COokie Recipe...
2 1/4 cups of flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
two sticks of softened butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups of chocolate chips (use semi-sweet...milk chocolate burns too easy)..
Preheat oven to around 375...then..pretty much mix everything together one at a time into the softened butter (SOFTENED..not MELTED).. spoon onto cookie sheet and bake for about 13-15 minutes... Remove from oven (should look really soft).. and allow to cool for atleast ten minutes...This should allow the cookies to harden on the outside but remain amazingly soft and cakey on the inside.
