It looked like fate was going to abuse the future of music, so naturally someone had to intervene and resurrect the idea of talent being involved in this primitive and ass stomping artform. Binge on VIBE, and always...kill the chicken

Why this name?
we lived it
Do you play live?
of course, wherever and whenever we can, we love it.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It is a lot easier to get your music out, but as a result, there is a lot more competition...the internet is great though, many more people have already been able to hear, and get enjoyment from our music(which is enough of a paycheck for us), than if we weren't able to use the internet.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
definately, that is one of our major goals right now, and we really just want to be able to make a living, from making music...especially since we have spent more than half of our lives working our ass off to become a great band.
Band History:
Binge was started by Mike Barnes and Jason Gore. It was fate that brought these two guitar players together, just when they were at the point when they thought they had worked their whole lives, only to watch it go down the drain. It is amazing how everything has been falling right into place after we got together. The band also consists of Chris Gore-Bass...who lives in Pennsylvania at the moment, but will join the band soon...and Robert Darden-Drums.
Your influences?
First, we would like to say...You are a product of your surroundings, and consequently, a collaborated display of your influences....everything you hear or see in your life influences you in some way, even if you dont want it to.
Some of our favorite bands include: Corrosion of Conformity, Metallica, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Zakk Wylde, Pantera, Van Halen, Extreme, Alice in Chains.....and many more, but these are the main influences we can see in our music.
Favorite spot?
Wherever my guitar is.
Equipment used:
Jason - Washburn(Nuno Bettencourt sig. model), and Takamine guitars, Ibanez Amp(soon to be the Steve Vai Legacy)
Mike - Ltd H-300, and Yamaha guitars, Marshall AVT-150 half stack
Robert - Tama drums
Chris - BCRich bass
Anything else...?
If you let Vibe lead the way, and listen to what it has to tell you....you will always kill the chicken.
Binge on VIBE
