My name's Rick Stubbs and amongst other genres I write film music for ReelMcr films(www.reelmcr.co.uk). They work with young people and help give them confidence and purpose and do this by making films with them. Here's a selection of the best music I've written for their films.

Email me if you want me to write any music for you.
Why this name?
Well its a mixture of Alchemy and Morph. Alchemy being turning base metals into gold. I think I had my head up my a*se one night...
Do you play live?
The films have been shown once each in a cinema or a theatre and then on DVD only to be seen really by those involved so not many people have seen them. They're quite good though :)
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Well it lets people hear each other's music!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes and if there are any film or TV makers out there just get in touch and I can help you out! A lot of this stuff is dark stuff from the last film but I can do other emotions and styles!
Band History:
I've done a lot of films for ReelMcr. You can visit their website to see some of the films they have done: www.reelmcr.co.uk
Your influences?
Craig Armstrong mainly, Hans Zimmer, Vangelis, Ennio Morricone and lots of others
Favorite spot?
Manchester and Salford (where a lot of the films were made)
Equipment used:
PC with cubase, Virus TI synth, Genelec monitors and various plug-ins
