If you purchase with this option it entitles you to use it for one commercial purpose (album, mixtape, ect.) If you buy with this option, the track will continue to be available for all three rights to purchase by anyone.

Exclusive Rights $50:This Means this beat is sold only to you and will be taken off selling chart.but beat stays the same how it is now on chart selling.

Custom Beats $60:
This is If I am asked to change something on a beat I've already made (for instance, changing the number of verses or making it how ever long), I consider that to be a custom beat and you will have to pay the full price for a custom beat-$50
