There are four ways that you can buy/use instrumentals produced by RĘZR
1) Exclusive Rights ($180+)- When you buy exclusive rights to an instrumental, you may use it for all profitable uses (albums, mixtapes, etc.). When exclusive rights are bought, the purchased instrumental is no longer available to the public. This means that the instrumental may only be sold to one person. When the payment is received, the instrumental will be sent to you (either by Email (MP3 or WAV format), or by Mail (On A CD)). Along with the instrumental, you will also receive a contract signed by RĘZR granting you exclusive rights to the instrumental.
2) Custom Instrumentals (Price Vary. Contact Me For Prices.)- Tell me how you want the instrumental, and thats how it will be made. You will then be granted exclusive rights to the instrumental, and nobody will hear it until you release it.
3) Leasing Rights ($50)- When leasing rights are purchased, the beat may be used for mixtapes only. You may only use the beat on one mixtape and that is all. You may not sell the instrumental to anyone else, but we can sell/lease the beat out to others. With a leased beat, 1,000 copies of whatever you are using the beat for can be sold before you must buy exclusive rights to the instrumental.
4) Free Beats/Downloads- These beats may be used for NON PROFITABLE USE only (demos, websites, freestyles etc.) You must give a shoutout to the producer of the instrumental of the track. When you are finished recording on the track, please send us what you have done with it. If we are feeling the track, we may decide to place it on this site for free promotion.

IMPORTANT
All beats with samples have not been cleared and it is the artists responsibilty to clear the sample if the instrumental is being used for something that requires sample clearance.
