We live our lives from day to day working very hard to keep our innermost feelings a secret. A "Freudian Slip" is one of those moments where our true feelings are revealed. And that's exactly what this music is about.

Your influences?
Freudian Slip has been heavily influenced by guitar driven rock, such as Pearl Jam, and Collective Soul. The lyrical writing style has been greatly influenced by artists whom aren't afraid to "bear their soul", such as the indie band Bright Eyes.
