I'm the Sticker, and I'm influenced by early swing of the 1930's and punk of the late '70's
Why this name?
I once did a demo on a tape machine and thought calling it sticky tape was dumb enough, so the name 'The Sticker' followed.
Do you play live?
I sometimes play with some 'old jazzers' doing standards.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
makes more music available.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I'd rather sell my songs to be honest, not into the celeb crap.
Your influences?
Django, Wes Montgomery, Joe Pass, Bireli Lagrene, Dead Kennedys, the first Ice Cube albums.
