I scored this video in a competition over at CGempire. The animation was created by Ilias Sounas. I decided not to go with cartoon style music for this. Rather, I chose to take the film seriously and score it that way.

All music on my music page is written by me. The rock music is sang, written and recorded by me and mixed my brother Will. The orchestral stuff is all written and mixed by me.
Why this name?
I like the word Maverick... the way it looks more than what it means.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think for the better. For example, I would have never gotten into orchestral music. Helps in broadening ones mind, I think.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, sure.
Band History:
The "band" history exists of me being bored and picking up a guitar and deciding to record and my brother then mixing it. We started out recording in 2003 and were terrible at it. Over time I got better at writing and my brother improved mixing.
I was sick of writing music that didn't have vocals over. So in 2006 I finally decided to start doing my own vocals. It's easier this way (that's what I thought at first). I wasn't good when I started and I'm still not. It's all a hoax you see, I just pretend to sing and it seems to work fine for me. It has so far, anyway.

Your influences?
Trains and clocks. Anything that makes repetition sound attractive.
Equipment used:
A guitar, a bass, a microphone, a keyboard and a brother. Oh and there's a bunch of other nonsense too.

Please keep in mind when listening to my music that I am EXTREMELY lazy and all of my music COULD have been soooo much better if only I wasn't so damn lazy.
