Schrein is difficult to describe and label accurately, as the influences are wide and varied. Elements of goth, darkwave, classical, avant garde, dream pop, trip hop and various other genres are fused to create the sonic beings that are Schrein's children.
Why this name?
Schrein is the German word for Shrine: "A site hallowed by a venerated object or its associations."
Do you play live?
Once in a while I carry around my POS keyboard or go to music stores and show off, but usually music store people hate me because I play too loud. :)

I might start playing live shows if I can find a sleazy piano bar or something somewhere.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depending on the label and their..."ways"
Band History:
