I was looking for something that sounded like aura that I could get a website of also so I eventually came up with Auruax (I know, the mind boggles :)

Yes, last year I embarked upon the Singer Songwriter path, one I hadn't tried yet but am now glad I did. I'm hoping to record an album later this year. I love it.

I think its brilliant, it puts the power back into the artists hands, long my it continue to flourish!

In my younger days it was Rock music, the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Rush, Thin Lizzy etc, then the 80's got hold of me & I turned fluorescent & got into the whole new romantic thing, Duran Duran, Depeche Mode, David Bowie etc, the 90's then saw a mix of Dance, Ambient, Leftfield, William Orbit, 21st century saw me listening to Pink Floyd, Classical, meditation music (cos I got into meditating) & since I recorded Aura in 2003 I've been back playing my guitar & listening to the likes of David Gray, Ani Difranco etc..

At the moment a Takamine Acoustic Guitar & a minidisk recorder + a wee condenser mic. I used to have a PC which had cubase etc on it & a cheap yamaha midi keyboard, alesis compressor, midiverb & a fostex mic (great if you add loads of effects lol

Apparently my music has caused a person to levitate during a reiki session, I said apparently but I believe the people who told me, just wish I could have seen it for myself...
