Band History:
It all started in the year 1993, when I was just 9 years old, I was among the children choir in my church; then my brother who was the choir master always gives me challenging roles, later I became the lead singer. I started going for various church program.
At the age 17, I was thinking of commercializing my talent, my brother Kinsley which is acting as my manager links me up with the media after which I started doing jingle on radio and promo for major companies. In know times I discovered I am so popular and everybody want to ear me sing at the age of 19; I started professionally and making money from music. I would have gotten a deal in Nigeria but I told my producer I don’t want to be limited to Africa.
I have been to some other African Country to perform, my music is something for all ages and race so far you are a human and you have life. This as made me put all my effort into my career since the all world speak one language which is music, very soon I hope to be in America and Europe, where I can fully develop my potential, I have won various music competition in Nigeria and get the name “FLOWSONG” from inspiration and fans because they tell me I sing very well, so I flow with my songs.
If a man tells you from where I come from that he has skill and talent believe him, where do you want us to take it from: sport: Akim Olajuwon; Jay-Jay Okocha; Kanu Nwakwo, all this people are hero’s from Nigeria. Music: look at Olumide Seal; Sade Adu; Lamar Obieka, just to mention few and 2face Idibia who won the MTV base Europe music award 2006
I mean stars are born in Nigeria everyday, I can make any recording company who is ready to offer me a deal achieve their aim, am young, talented, promising, active, committed, and dedicated to my profession.
Thanks,
Flowsong.
