Jordan "DJ Neddy" Charles was born and raised in Queens, N.Y., where he currently resides.
He is the Production manager at Ground Zero Productions and heads up the New York based recording studio.
He has been a true fan of hip hop for the past years 12.
DJ Neddy produces but is not limited to just hip hop.
He has worked with funk, R&B, techno, tribal, and rock just to name a few.
He's also produced a few blended songs which have been played through out the N.Y.C. club scene.
DJ Neddy works closely with ACID, FL Studio, Cool Edit/Adobe Audition, and Sony Cinescore.
DJ Neddy is a registered Composer with BMI.

Why this name?
It's a dedication to my greatgrandmother who was the first person to let me use a record player.
Do you play live?
right now i spin at private parties but am hoping to find a club set.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
it makes it easier for unsigned artists to get some shine.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
of course.. who wouldn't?

Quincy Jones, Grandmaster Flash, Dr. Dre, DJ Premier, Rick Rubin, Mobb Deep (havocs production), Alchemist, funk, motown, disco, synth pop, electro, new wave.
Favorite spot?
The 5 Boros of Death - NYC... as for spots to chill.. clubs Speeed, Crobar, and Webster Hall
