I record at home using computer software.
Why this name?
Ezra means "my strength is in the name of the Lord" and Baptist is my last name.
Do you play live?
When I was younger, I used to have visions of myself singing and worshipping God in the presence of a great multitude of people. I have never felt more found than when I am lost in the presence of the Lord. This webpage is making those visions partially come true.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet has broken down barriers and made communication so much easier.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would love to.
Band History:
Well, I started singing and playing the guitar at about 14 years of age. Recently got me a rhythm machine and have started home recording using software.
Your influences?
I love music of various types. My songs are largely focused on the Lord's sacrifice on the cross and the hope of salvation we have in Him.
Equipment used:
I use an acoustic guitar, sometimes an electric guitar and some basic gadgets, software.
Anything else...?
The donkey upon which the Lord rides remains a donkey! May the Lord continue to ride on me!
