Why this name?
My parents chose it.
Do you play live?
Acoustic sets around the South of the U.K.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it gives more power to the artists and the independent labels, which is fantastic. It means I can reach people all over the world and don't need a major distribution deal. I maintain control over my tracks and get plenty of feedback from listeners. I would encourage all artists to use the net as much as possible to get their music heard.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends who offered. I'm having enough success using the web to get my music out, and I have the benefit of no music industry types telling me how to sound etc. I've experienced that before and hated it.
Having said that, if it was the right label with the right attitude I would consider anything.
