I started as an underground rapper in Springfield,MO and the surrounding area(kc,stl,columbia, J-town, and Jeff City). Went through some drama and turned to God. A while later I ended up in Texas working as a Youth Pastor and am now doing evangelistic work through the tool of Christian Rap all over the world.
Why this name?
Revelation 1:5 says, "..to the One who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood." His grace allowed me to be who I am today by the purchasing of my sins, allowing me to have new life in Him. All because He bought me with His Blood. Therefore Bloodbought means redemption for me. Godside 4 Life.
Do you play live?
I perform all over. Indian Reservations. A special moment for me was when 157 people came forward for salvation as a result of the ministry.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Drastically.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Not as long as im a Youth Pastor.
