It is a tricky question...I know they have already lost millions of dollars because of the downloading movement on internet, but I reckon that it only requires new ideas to come up with, how to make money in another way, a way that makes use of the oppurtunity that is internet.
I mean you can regulate everything as long as you get the artists and the intelligent people on your side, so why not take advantage of the freedom and make mmoney out of it?..

Hello. My name is Seka JM Eriksson. I am a songwriter, doing vocals and recordings myself most of the time. I am an unsigned artist. I am engaged in a lot of projects, writing songs, not only for myself but also for others. She has played guitar in a couple of bands in gothenburg such as; Kåbojkurt,Det ordnar sig, Just like Dad,Seca,In Zodiak, aso. With 14 she was touring as a street musician,playing the violin. With nineteen she performed as an own act in a troubadour style, one guitar only. She tells us that she enjoys the most to perform in bands. She says "It´s always fun to perform, but it is even more fun to have someone to play with rather than being on your own." What´s so extraordinary about Seka is the thing that many notice when they watch her live: Not many artists mesmerize an audience completely with only one guitar, and vocals, the way Seka does.The Lyrics go right into your heart and she gives an honest impression, as if she meant every word she said. She is dazzling, on her own. This is not pointed out often enough, but also rephrased by people. They say: She looks like she´s born on Stage- so comfortable- like she´s never done anything else!! Last autumn Seka was writing songs together with Acka von Matern, Kent Börjesson and the JackBrothers bassplayer Stefan Bellnäs. Things were going quite slow so she started another project with a wellknown producer from Gothenburg that has been working with Nille Perned(Kent)whose name is Dan Johansson. Three songs were recorded in Stromstad with this producer(Danne Johansson)and they´re working on these. Another Bad habit that Seka´s been up to is playing that cursed PC-game( Diablo). We´ve been tearing our scalps, begging her to do something useful instead of wasting her time away in front of the Computer (like writing more music for example) and her answer was: I´m not done until I´m done with that beast!! (Oh, good Lord! Mighty heavens..sigh!) After a short trip, visiting Minneapolis,Minnesota last Year she decided that her heart will always be in good old Sweden!!! What a Patriot! Artist description
Seka writes music with a female touch.A passionate relationship to music is what Seka´s all about. Working together with other musicians/songwriters,such as Dynamo for example(On a field in your mind), Lars Edvall(a talented producer from stockholm), Nils Kjerstadius/Robert Bjork(a great reggaeteam working in Gothenburg) , a so, makes her music even more exiting. Although she manages to create her own sound;no matter in what kind of company she may be working in, her heart pounds especially for Blues and rock. A compilation is newly been released by the reggae-team in Gothenburg and two of the best seka-songs are represented there. Another compilation is being released and Hitsong "You dont turn me on" is included.
