Donegal Street is a New Age / Celtic group that is steeped in a more modern sound, while still retaining the traditional feeling. With the liberal use of swirling synths, deep choirs, electric and more traditional acoustic instruments, they carve out a niche that summons forth the spirits of magic and wonder.

Like a cool breeze blowing through the heather on a summers eve, the music comes, then goes, leaving a joyous feeling and a forever rememberance of it's being. With each coming note, they elicit an emotion even before it is given.

The craggy shore, the corner pub, and the sheep grazing in the meadow green are all here within the music. Listen closely and you will hear the pull of ages and the scars inscribed upon the heart. The sounds of passion, anguish and even promise are found within the nuances of the words and harmonies that are brought to life.
