Astral Ranger composes and records New Age Music that aims to induce a state of inner calm and encourage spiritual transcendence. The music combines an ethnic fusion of harmonies and tribal rhythms that resonate with meditative vocals and ambient electronica.
Why this name?
Astral Ranger has been around since eternity coveting vulnerable and needy souls... now Astral Ranger is also heralding the New Age with resonant grooves.
Do you play live?
No... our music is created to be enjoyed on CD and streaming. Is there much point in playing a CD live?
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet potentially gives listeners a much wider choice of music and bands... probably too wide... listeners have to wade through tons of dross to get to the good stuff... and those that get themselves to the top of lists aren't always there for the right reasons.

Band History:
Astral Ranger is the latest incarnation... of a musical presence that has been around for a few years. Previous musical identities include MoonSatin and Darmaya. First CD was entitled, "Under One Moon". Current CD is titled, "Spirit Calls".

Favorite spot?
Only the earth? Why be so selective... Astral Ranger's favourite spot is in the spirit world with one foot planted in heaven and the other placed firmly in hell.
