We are CrossGrain an aggressive hardcore band hailing form the Brooklyn/Queens/Bronx area. We are looking to make a major impression in the music scene by playing a unique style of hardcore that the world has yet to hear........ Some tracks to look for on our soon to be relased demo are:Next Level,Iced Hope and Vital Instinct.
Why this name?
The band name was actually a synonym for the word dogmatic......which means marked by an authoritative assertion. We thought that name best described the attitude of the band.
Do you play live?
Yes we do play live.We try to play as many clubs as we can all over the NYC area.CrossGrain loves to play live the adrenaline rush is uncomparable.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Well we believe the the internet has revolutionized the music industry as a whole. Making it easier for indiependant bands and A&R people to find what they are looking for.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
We would sign a record deal with a major lable.
Your influences?
We are heavily influenced by NYHC. Most of the band members grew up listing to bands like BreakDown,ColdFront,Murphy's Law and so on.
