I just write record and publish...I work solo...I've never worked with anyone else...I wouldn't mind, just that no one's offered.
Why this name?
Very Carefully, "Sean Jackson"...
Do you play live?
I play for events. I play backround music for everything. I work with many different small groups or bands now and then with keyboards.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It makes music more accessible. Which is much better. I think more people should use it. Music wasn't meant to be hidden away. and many people write great things and no body knows about it...
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would. Because that gives me more opportunity to write more. I write music everyday and in every genre, so that would be signed in a heart beat.
Band History:
I grew up, quit piano lessons and started to learn by ear. Now I read also. And my major focus is just making the most out of what I have. I learn by ear at a faster pace, but I do read music just as well. I teach myself most everything I learn now.
Your influences?
My biggest influence have been my school music teachers.
Favorite spot?
Probably somewhere where there would be a lot of green, mabye up in the mountains. but in the middle of all the green and flowers there is a waterfall.
Equipment used:
All the wrong kinds...j/k
I use whatever I can get my hands on, then I use it the very best I can. I just use a Casio Key Board. But I'm going for a really nice kawai. When I get that, my songs will sound so much better.
