I am, and I'm me.
Why this name?
Well, simply put, it's my nickname that I earned way back from one of my first bands that I was in. Something about girls not having anywhere to sit or something....
Do you play live?
Not right now.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's truly fantastic! It gives everyone an opportunity to 'run it up the flagpole' and see what happens. And exposure time has increased for many up and coming artists.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hmmm, that's a tuffy. I would have to give that some serious thought prior to making a decision.
Band History:
As it stands, I have been in various bands for years and as usual, they didn't work out. Got married, had kids, blah blah blah. Now I'm single again and I have the time to put some effort into a new project, but finding reliables is tough to do these days. So here I am.
Your influences?
Oh soooo many and so little space. Let's start off with KK Downing and Glenn Tipton. The on to Jean Robert Dahlqvist and Nicke Andersson. And then there's Rhodes, Satriani, Halen, etc, etc.
Favorite spot?
Japan
Equipment used:
A fully customized Aria Pro with FR Floater, SD Fred in the neck pos., DM X-11 in the bridge, along with a Jackson King V plugged into an ADA MP-1, DRX-2100, MOS Valve MV-962 through 2 4x10 Randall cabs. Not to mention a Rogers 5pc, a 49e Keystation and the Fast Track Pro into an Apple Dual 2ghz G5 with GarageBand.
