Getting By
Up and Coming producer repping Don't Sleep Productionz (D.S.P.) I'm coming out of Western Massachusetts. My sound is slow to mid tempo and i use a lot of vinyl samples. my music is my world so i put everything i got into it.
Why this name?
well my first name is Nathan, Nate for short and I'm Nyce on the Beatz so [N8 Nyce]
Do you play live?
I havn't had the oppurtunity to play live yet but i do use Ableton Live and i'm looking foward to using it to play live
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
i think the music industry has had some major changes due to the internet and mp3's but like everything in life things change whether its a good change or bad change its gonna happen. i think the changes being made are great and the future is gonna be crazy
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
i think i would sign if the money was right. i gonna be careful so that i dont get jerked.

I've been producing for a a couple of years and things are going good. i've worked on I-Mac's Mill River LP

Its a tie between North Philly and NYC

I use a lot of plug ins: Arturia Moog Modular v, ARP 2600 V, Minimoog V and CS-80V. I also use Native Instruments PRO-52 and B4 hammond organ plugins and last but not least i use IK Multimedia T-Racks Mastering Plug ins.
