Originally named Zar Spirits after the Sudanese spirit of the same name, later changed names to MiKE ZAR to represent the single member of the band.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows for free speach and the free flow of ideas with supression. A downside it can also leave the listener bewildered by the amount of artists available.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If it meant I could have artistic freedom without having to worry about whether i'm going to be able to pay next weeks rent then yes.
