Yo what's hannenin' this ya boy Jae Newz from the group Dem 803 Boyz (it's really Dem Boyz but some lames stole our name) but anyway what the biz is. No we aren't split we just a group slash solo artists. So get atcha boy if ya feel what ya be hearin'!!!!!
Why this name?
I chose Jae newz because I'm the truth and nothin you hear from me is false nor fake I stay true to myself and my hood.
Do you play live?
i'm just gettin my name out there so pretty soon I should be I'm just tryna get my name out there as of now.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it changes it a whole lot because artists like me who normally wouldn't get their shine are now getting it so I beleive it's helpin because it's gettin my name out there.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If I could break into my own I would. Which means if I could bring the group with me then I would because I'm leavin nobody that help me get this far behind we like family and family always stick together and that's what I was taught.
Band History:
Been rappin since 1998 summer before 6th grade my name has changed like a hundred times but this one is gonna stick because it has a real meaning to it.
Your influences?
Jay-Z is like my favorite artist of all time because of the stories he can tell and you can just relate to him so much. T.I., Lil Wayne, UGK, and so many more
Favorite spot?
ATL shawty all day long shout out to the A. They just give you this vibe where you are liable to do anything and not care cause they stay trill to eachother that's what I love bout the A.
